Wisdom age is characterized with wisdom. In this era, we don't just seek information or use knowledge. We are at the level of godship where we call things to being with wisdom for whatever God is we are because we are His children. He has given us power, authority and higher life through His son.

A leader must be a visionary for vision influences leadership. He must be a person of good character. He must be creative, persevering and proactive. A leader must walk his talk.
